Stronger Bonds, Better Team: Our Year in Review

If we had to choose just one word to summarize the team spirit at Meadowvale Toyota, Dixie Toyota, and Ideal Honda, it would be "solidarity." From January 1st to December 31st, the Meadowvale Toyota team sticks together to ensure that everyone feels comfortable and happy to be part of our large family. Mutual aid and knowledge sharing spread from one department to another. We work as a team, knowing that together we will always go further.

As Christmas and the holiday season approach, the team spirit tightens even more. For some team members, it's a quieter period, while for others it's a bit crazy! Games and contests are organized to maintain happiness at work and to encourage exchanges between different departments. The excitement of the holiday season sets in, and smiles are contagious!

Memorable Gatherings: The Highlights of Our Year

To mark this festive team period, two events have been part of our traditions for several years: the Children's Christmas and the Christmas party. These two large gatherings offer everyone the chance to meet new people or get to know their work colleagues better, all in a festive context.

As dealerships of Toyotoshi Group Canada, we are proud to have the presence of our leaders, Mr. Mario Toyotoshi, owner of Toyotoshi Group Canada, and Mr. Peter Virtue, CEO of the Group. For Mr. Kim Villeneuve, Marketing Director of the Group, their presence is valuable and beneficial for the team. "Despite the distance, they make it a point to be present at all our events and to talk to everyone."

The Enchantment of Our Little Ones’ Christmas

The Children's Christmas is undoubtedly a most magical and unifying moment. All members of the Meadowvale Toyota, Dixie Toyota, and Ideal Honda team and their families are invited to this big party where all the children can have a great time! Each year, special activities such as inflatable games, a mini-farm setup, and others are organized. Santa Claus is, of course, present and joyfully gives a gift to each child. The little ones do not leave with empty stomachs. A remarkable buffet is served. "Mr. Toyotoshi and Mr. Virtue take part in the service, and this creates beautiful moments," notes Mr. Villeneuve.

Adults' Celebration: A Night of Festive Delight

The employees' Christmas party also brings together all members of the Meadowvale Toyota, Dixie Toyota, and Ideal Honda teams. Everyone is invited with their spouse to a big evening where the mood is festive. It's the perfect opportunity to discover a different side of colleagues and learn more about their lives outside of work. It's not uncommon to see people who don't know each other sit at the same table. The solidary team spirit is present in everything we do.
